Update
Hello everyone thank you so much for all your kind and wonderful comments, they really do help. I am sorry if I wasn't able to get back with some of you, the criminals are still at it. They took out another 350.00$ from the bank account calling in pretending to be my husband since they have his social they were able to get his account info from the bank itself. The bank is not refunding us the money for the first incident because since his social was his pin he technically had it wrote down and they said they cannot refund us the money. They are saying they will work with us for the rest of the money that was just taken out yesterday. What a CROCK!! It's not like I am rich, so this is a lot of money for me and my husband to loose. Pray for us and our situation. Have a great weekend.

You are darned right that is a crock. Get yourself a lawyer. Go to legal aid if need be. This bank is trying to get over. It doesn't matter if your hubby wrote his pin number down. Someone stole it and used it. You are not liable for that.

That is awful. Why hasn't the bank worked with you since the FIRST incident to protect your account from further theft???? I would consider closing the account and changing banks.I'm sorry for such a hardship.I wish you and your family a Happy Easter!I miss you!

That is crazy! They should refund all the money from the last one for sure! They knew someone had gotten his info and should have not let that happen again! I hope you get things worked out!
I am SO sorry you and your hubby are going through this sweetie! Can you close down the account and open a whole new one? I sure hope you get it all back and they catch this pathetic thief!!! ((BIG HUGS))
What a shock! I thought that was settled. I'm so sorry, Heidi! Too bad you guys couldn't have closed the bank account as soon as you discovered the wallet was lost/stolen. I know I would have. It's a hassle, I know, because I have direct deposits for my pay and direct pays in place, but my gosh - what an ordeal.
I'll pray for you. I hope you get this problem resolved very soon.

This is awful Heidi. The good news is yesterday was Good Friday and our Lord and Savior see's it all. I just know something good will come from this. God never allows us a heavier burden than we can hold. Put the enemy in his place...pray of the good of the soul that is doing this to you and claim..no weapon formed against me shall prosper!

The bank just adds insult to injury! So sorry you're going through this. Hang in there and trust it will all be made right. Hopefully the criminals will be caught so they can't do it again!
