Thank you Lord and to all my friends who prayed for my family..

I have been so busy lately with so many doctors appointments, and trying to work my 5 classes this semester into my life.

The journey of life is a funny and crazy thing. Your life takes so many turns, you never know where you will wind up, or what might happen.

I don't share my personal life with too many people. I would like to share with everyone the miracles that God has bestowed in my life.

My husband is the one miracle I am referring too. We met in 2003, he was on leave from Iraq for two weeks. We only knew each other for 1 of those weeks. We fell for each other. We were lucky to have met, and even luckier that he was in communications for the Army. We were allowed to speak almost every day. He was one of the first troops sent into War. It was a scary time, where they spoke of Iraq and the troops daily. Now we only hear bits and pieces about whats going on STILL over there.

A month ago, the doctors said there was a high possibility that my husband had Prostate cancer. I have just recently lost a family member to cancer, and I could not fathom the idea of loosing my husband too.

I asked for prayers for health, and all of you prayed, and visited me, and I thank you so much for that. I wanted you too know that GOD does listen, he answered. I wanted you to know what you had been praying for. I didn't want to say the words, until I knew for sure. The words hurt, and have invaded so many lives in the world.

Ryan's test went off without a hitch this morning. And with wonderful news to share with everyone, He is negative, NO CANCER! I am excited and happy that we will continue on our life journey together.

I love you Ryan. You are my heart. My heart does not beat without you near. I am lost without you. I want a long happy life together. I want our home. I want forever, just like we said the day we said, "I do". I want forever with you. Our lives will go on now, we won't forget the miracles from our Lord, we will embrace this moment, we will embrace this miracle, and we will never forget. I have never taken life for granted. You are such a wonderful man, and I thank God every day for you in my life. You are my light, you are my strength, you understand when no one else does, and care for me like no other has. I Love you for that.

I am sorry that I don't have much time to blog with 5 classes this semester, I am just slammed with homework. Please know I read all your messages, I listen, I am thankful, and I miss you all. I will be blogging again in May when classes are over, and try every now and then to blog. I will pray for all my friends. God Bless and have a great weekend. Just ask God your questions, he listens, he hears.

My darling Heidi, I am so sorry that I have been absent from your blog and was not aware of what you were going through. It must have been so terribly scary to go through this experience so soon after losing your cousin. My heart was pounding as I was reading this post; I did not want to read the ending, I was so fearful so I can imagine what you were experiencing. Darling, please forgive me for not being there for you.

I am delighted at the positive outcome. I thank God for his kindness. I will include all of you in my special Sunday prayer. I also want you to know how proud I am that you continue with your studies despite of everything and all that you have on your plate. You are very special. Take care darling and good luck with your studies. Do not worry about blogging; we will all be here for you when you return in May.

Love & Hugs

Hi Sweet Heidi!

I'm soooo happy for you and your hubby!! God is so good and he has shown you a miracle! I'll be thanking Him for that.

We have a dear friend Craig that is hoping to get a job at a local company here in Columbus as a trucker. He would be close to home and home every evening & weekends. His wife is our "adopted daughter" and is a double organ transplant recipient, Kidney & Pancreas. It would be so wonderful if he were blessed with this job. I know you are a prayer warrior and ask for you to pray with us for Craig and his family. Thank you dear one!

Big hugs & blessings, sherry

Heidi, I'm so happy to hear Ryan is alright; God is so good! I was away for a while and since I got back home, I've been trying to live with a broken rib. The three meds they put me on did not agree with me and I've been pretty miserable. But I'm doing better now. The rib is coming.
School and family can keep you very busy so I know you don't have a lot of time to blog. I am thinking of you and wish you well in these busy days. I know your life is happier knowing your hubby is going to be ok.

Blessings,
